I wanted that “grandma-baked” comfort: soft, warm, and full of love. After countless renditions, I found the perfect balance - a cookie packed with three chocolates (milk, semi-sweet, and dark) and a dirty little secret: molasses. That deep hint of sweetness ties everything together. For the past two years, I’ve made this version faithfully, and I’m proud to finally share it with you!
